If I’m using one of the Ministry of Ontario’s Self Serve Kiosks and not making use of expensive, human labour by going to one of their centres, why am I charged a “convenience fee”? Well, you can use it to get yourself several different copies of your driver’s license for free – as far as I can tell, you can change your driver’s license address on it as often as you like, and it will keep sending new ones to your “new” address.
