My blood pressure is also down, but not to where it needs to be. One cross-training session has been introduced to the mix per week, so I&#8217;m now doing some form of moderate-effort cardio four times a week. I&#8217;ve got a ball routine I do 5 times a week in the morning to work on flexibility and core strength.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m feeling decent, and running up the stairs isn&#8217;t nearly as bad as it used to be. Amazing what happens in four weeks, but I&#8217;ve got a long way to go. Week 1 of my program has me a couple pounds lighter, too.
