This arrived in my inbox this afternoon. Maybe I’m a tiny bit cynical, becuase I found it to be one of those “it’s funny ’cause it’s true” kind of deals:<\/p>\n
\n\nAs I mature I’ve learned that you cannot make
\nsomeone love you. All you can do is
\nstalk them and hope they panic and give in.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that no matter how much I care,
\nsome people are just assholes.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that it takes years
\nto build up trust, and it only takes
\nsuspicion, not proof, to destroy it.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that you can get by
\non charm for about fifteen minutes.
\nAfter that, you’d better have a big willy
\nor huge boobs.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that you shouldn’t
\ncompare yourself to others – they are
\nmore screwed up than you think.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that you can keep vomiting
\nlong after you think you’re finished.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that we are responsible
\nfor what we do, unless we are celebrities.\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that regardless of
\nhow hot and steamy a relationship is at
\nfirst, the passion fades, and there had better
\nbe a lot of money to take its place!\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that 99% of the time when
\nsomething isn’t working in your house, one
\nof your kids did it\n<\/p>\n\nI’ve learned that the people you care most
\nabout in life are taken from you too soon
\nand all the less important ones just never go away.\n<\/p>\n\nPass this along to 5 friends…trust me,
\nthey’ll appreciate it. Who knows, maybe
